Wellbeing Week 2024

Throughout Wellbeing Week, students across the College embraced the spirit of the week with a variety of engaging activities aimed at fostering mindfulness and connection. At the heart of our celebration, students dived into mindful colouring and contributed to a communal gratitude wall, adding their own messages of appreciation and positivity. Year 11 students from Gawler Belt even made the trip to the Evanston Campus to lead activities designed to boost mindfulness and overall wellbeing.

On R U OK? Day, Two Wells, held a welcome party for students featuring lively music, bubbles, and the gifting of yellow ribbons. Meanwhile, at Gawler Belt, students enjoyed a live lunchtime concert and a delicious sausage sizzle, further enhancing the sense of community and togetherness.

This week serves as a timely reminder of the importance of checking in on friends, family, and colleagues to ensure that they are okay and have the support they need. Let’s continue to support each other and build a strong network of care and understanding.
