Students Raise Money at Relay For Life
Last week, Xavier College students demonstrated their dedication and perseverance at the 2025 Gawler Relay for Life, raising funds for Cancer Council’s vital research.
Throughout the night, students and staff took turns carrying the team’s baton around a 250-metre track, maintaining momentum for an incredible 19 hours. Their collective effort has already raised over $3,700—an outstanding contribution to the fight against cancer.
A special highlight of this year’s event is a fantastic video capturing the spirit of the night, created by Year 11 student and Occhiena Deputy House Captain, Bleire. Be sure to check it out!
A heartfelt thank you to all the students, staff, and supporters who dedicated their time and energy to this meaningful cause. Your commitment continues to make a difference in our community and beyond.
