Lambert Estate Wines Excursion
Year 11 Agriculture students recently took their learning beyond the classroom with a visit to Lambert Estate Wines, where they explored the intricate process of winemaking from vine to bottle.
The excursion provided an opportunity to understand both the art and science behind wine production, as students engaged with industry experts to learn about key techniques and methodologies. From harvesting and fermentation to bottling and quality control, they gained firsthand insight into the complex factors that influence the final product.
This immersive experience not only deepened students’ understanding of agricultural science but also showcased the diverse career pathways within the wine industry.
