Evanston Campus Goes Superluminal

In Week 2, Evanston Campus Reception to Year 2 students embarked on an enchanting journey of imagination and creativity with Patch Theatre’s interactive performance, Superluminal, held at the South Australian Museum. The event was a vibrant celebration, meticulously crafted to captivate and inspire the young learners. Upon arrival, students were greeted by a dazzling array of colours and sounds that set the stage for an extraordinary adventure. The highlight of the day was the opportunity for each student to design their own mythical creature. With a burst of creativity, students crafted fantastical beings that were as imaginative as they were unique.
The experience was further enhanced by recorded sounds and spectacular rainbow lighting, which brought the students’ creations to life in a breathtaking, immersive environment. The interactive elements of Superluminal provided not only a visual feast but also a hands-on learning opportunity, allowing students to engage deeply with their creative work. The day proved to be a tremendous success, brimming with joy, discovery, and a profound sense of wonder. Students left with sparkling eyes and hearts full of inspiration, eager to share their magical experiences with family and friends.
