Student Absences

Parents/caregivers are requested to contact the College prior to 9:00am to notify of any student absence.

Preferred method of notification is to direqt message the College using the SEQTA Engage via the mobile app or webpage. Should you be unable to notify the College via SEQTA Engage, please call the dedicated campus absentee telephone number and leave a message.

Early Departures

If your child needs to depart early, please notify the College using the direqt message absentee process by advising ‘Early Departure’ in the subject and supplying your child’s full name, date, time the student will need to leave and the reason for early departure. If a last-minute pickup is required, please call the campus directly.
